Output you have to redo
Most people ask an AI tool for something, get a draft, and fix it by hand. The skill is directing it like a capable colleague: context up front, a clear standard, pushback when the reasoning is wrong.
AI coaching
AI coaching is hands-on, working time with me on your own tasks: how to use AI tools so the output is worth keeping, and how to build small systems with them. Each session is fitted to where you are now and where you want to get to. It is not a class, a seminar, or a workshop, and you can buy it on its own.

Which data can go into which tool, what has to be checked by a person, what never gets automated. Coaching ends with rules your team actually uses.
Chat tools answer when someone asks. The next step is small systems that do recurring work on their own. Coaching covers when that step is worth taking and how.
I run my own company on AI systems I direct every day, and before that I spent eight years running marketing for other people's businesses by hand. Coaching is that practice, taught.
The path
We talk about what you want to get better at, how you use AI today, and what eats your week. I quote the hourly rate on that call; it depends on my current availability. No audit needed first. If you already have a free one-page plan, bring it; it is useful context, not a requirement.
Each session takes a task you or your team actually do and works it with AI, hands-on, at your pace and your level, until the result is worth keeping and you can do it without me.
When you are ready, you build a small system that does a piece of recurring work. That is where using AI turns into building with it.
Coaching is billed by the hour, so you take as many sessions as are useful and stop when you have what you came for. An audit or a build later is an option, not the path.
Tulsa and Northeast Oklahoma
Coaching works best in person, so that is where I start. Across the Tulsa metro I come to you: across the table at your office, on your machines, with your work open. For people farther out across Northeast Oklahoma and beyond, we do it over video with shared screens.
Hands-on, working time with me on using AI tools well and building small systems with them, done on your own real tasks and fitted to your current level and goals.
No. There is no seminar, slide deck, or whiteboard session. It is hands-on work on your own tasks, at your pace and your level, one-to-one or with your team.
Yes. Coaching does not need an audit or a build. It starts with a 30-minute call about coaching. The free one-page plan is optional; if you have one, it helps, but it is not a gate.
It is billed hourly. The rate depends on my current availability, and I quote it on the 30-minute call before anything is booked.
No. The core skill is directing an AI system clearly and checking its work. Building small systems comes later and starts simple.
Coaching teaches you and your team to use and build with AI, and you can buy it on its own. Implementation consulting applies that teaching to a specific build from an AI Opportunity Audit, with me directing and reviewing your team's work.
Book a call to talk about coaching: what you want to get better at, where you are now, and the hourly rate. If you want the wider picture first, the free one-page AI plan is there too; it is optional.
