Pilots that never ship
A lot of in-house AI work stalls between a promising demo and a system anyone relies on. I keep the work scoped to the audit's sequence and push the first piece into real use early.
Implementation consulting
AI implementation consulting is the option where your own people build the systems from the audit, and I direct the work, review it, and teach the operating method behind it: how to scope a workflow, how to direct an AI system like a senior colleague, how to verify what it did, and how to govern what it is allowed to do.

Used loosely, AI produces a pile of drafts somebody has to fix. The method I teach is about directing a system to output worth shipping, and checking it before it goes anywhere.
When an outside builder leaves, the know-how leaves with them. Here the know-how stays with your people, written down.
The operating method I teach is the one I run my own company on: an autonomous operator that runs ad operations, content, reporting, and this website under approval tiers, every action logged.
The path
Like a build, implementation consulting starts after an audit, so your team is working on the workflow with the most at stake and has a baseline to measure against.
Your team does the building. I set the structure, direct the first pieces, and review every step before the next one starts.
The habits matter more than the tools: read the current state before acting, verify each step, say 'I do not know' and then find out. That is what I teach, on your real work.
As your team takes over, I move from directing to reviewing to on call. The goal is that you stop needing me for this.
Tulsa and Northeast Oklahoma
For teams in the Tulsa metro, the working sessions can happen in person, at your office, on your machines, with your data. Teams elsewhere in Northeast Oklahoma and beyond work with me over video and shared screens, with the same structure and the same reviews.
An engagement where your own team builds the AI systems from the audit, and I direct the work, review it, and teach the operating method so your team can run and extend the systems without me.
In a system build, I build it and you own it. In implementation consulting, your team builds it and I direct and teach. Both start after an audit, and both end with you owning the system.
It helps to have one person who is comfortable with technical tools, but the method is about directing and checking an AI system's work. The audit will say what skills the plan needs.
Coaching is the teaching on its own: owners and teams learning to use and build with AI, bought by the hour without an audit. Implementation consulting puts that teaching to work on a specific build from the audit.
