AI Opportunity Audit

Before I build anything, I measure where your time goes.

The AI Opportunity Audit is a paid, fixed-scope engagement where I work inside your operation for a defined period, map the recurring work, measure what it costs you, and hand back a prioritized plan for what to build first, what to leave alone, and how to govern it.

Who it is for

  • Owners who already got the free plan, took the call, and want numbers before spending on a build
  • Teams that tried a few AI tools, got scattered results, and want to know which workflows actually deserve a system
  • Businesses where the same handful of people carry the recurring admin and the owner can feel the drag but cannot price it
  • Companies that need a written case for an AI investment before a partner, a board, or a lender will agree to it

What it fixes

Guessing at where AI helps

Most AI spending starts with a tool somebody saw in a demo. The audit starts with your workflows and works backward to the tool, so the first build is the one with the most at stake, not the one with the best marketing.

No baseline

If nobody wrote down how long the work takes today, nobody can say whether the system saved anything. Every opportunity in the audit gets a time-and-money baseline first.

No rules for the machine

A system that can send email, change an ad budget, or update a customer record needs written limits. The audit says what a system may do alone, what it has to ask about, and what it never touches.

What you get

  • A workflow map of the recurring work, who does it, and how long it takes
  • A time-and-money baseline for each opportunity
  • Prioritized opportunities with build estimates
  • A governance recommendation: what a system may do alone, what it asks about, what it never touches
  • A 90-day sequence, with the first working piece early

The path

How it works

  1. 1

Free plan and a call first

The audit is step three, not step one. Your free one-page plan carries an estimate for it, and the 30-minute call is where we decide together whether it is the right next step.

  2. 2

    A written proposal

The audit is priced by company size and the areas it covers. The final price and the period are set in a written proposal after we meet. No open meters.

  3. 3

    Inside the operation

I sit with the people who do the work, watch it happen, and read the tools it runs through. The map comes from what actually happens, not from the org chart.

  4. 4

    The plan, walked through

You get the deliverables in writing and a working session to go through them. You can stop there and keep everything, build with me, or take it to your own team.

Tulsa and Northeast Oklahoma

In the room, across the Tulsa metro

An audit only works if I can see the work, so for businesses across the Tulsa metro I do the mapping in person, at your shop or office, with the people who do the work. Businesses further out in Northeast Oklahoma and beyond get the same audit over video and screen share, with the same deliverables.

FAQ

Questions people ask

More on how the work is structured →
What is an AI Opportunity Audit?

A paid, fixed-scope engagement that maps the recurring work in your business, measures the time and money at stake, and ends in a prioritized, governed build plan with a 90-day sequence. It answers what to build first and what not to build at all.

How much does the audit cost?

It is priced by company size and the areas it covers. Your free one-page plan includes an estimate, and the final price is set in a written proposal after we meet. I do not publish a number on the site I have not stood behind in person.

How long does it take?

A defined period agreed up front in the proposal, measured in weeks. The first working piece of the build plan is sequenced early rather than at the end.

Do I have to hire you to build what the audit recommends?

No. The audit is yours to keep. You can build with me, have your team build it with implementation consulting, or hand it to someone else.

What if the audit finds AI is not the answer?

Then it says so, and says what to fix first. Some workflows need a process change before a system is worth building.

Start with the free plan.

Ten minutes of questions. A one-page AI plan for your business within one business day, free, and a 30-minute call to tailor it if you want one.
